TSX 6MT vs. RSX-S

RSX? TSX? Driver's race?
1/4mi.?
Road course?

We have more torque but a bit more weight to move around.

No, AT won't be even at all, even with the reflash and intake.

RSX-S vs TSX , both stock

The RSX wins by about a 1.5-2.0 car lengths, then again the RSX-S IS lighter and has a bit more horsepower

Anything is possible, bad driver, bad start, bad tires, bad day but overall the RSX-S should win over a TSX

don't get me wrong, i still love the TSX

My friend and I tried it for fun on an empty highway strip 40 start
my car is at i knew i would lose but his car was an 03 rsx-s mt
with intake

I managed to keep up about 1 car length with hondata. Anything past 100 i would have caught up or passed him but we stopped

Well... that was an older RSX-S, a little less power than the more recent ones. Having owned an 05 RSX-S and now an 07 tsx both MT and CAI's... and I'd say they much too close to call it 1-2 car lengths... more like 1-2 tenths of a car length, which could go either way if you ask me. In my experiance the TSX feels a little faster than the RSX-S did when you get it up past 4k rpms. All in all, I think they are basically the same car, only in sedan and coupe versions.... probably why they got rid of the RSX for the new TSX coupe in 09, but both cars kick ass in my book.
