did my first drag

I did my first drag race last night and was scared shitless. I did a 16.2 for the 1/2 mile and that was with a skittering at the beginning-whats a good time i should shoot for next weekend?

If your VSA was on and given you were so freaked out from start to finsh, 16.2 sounds like a very good run!!!

With more practice, you can probably beat :troutslap Dzuy... speaking of which, where has he been?!?!

So ZZ, what car does your friend drive? What's his/her time?

Then I am glad I provided the info in my post too

What's wrong with your browser?!? Though I don't think it's browser related... her sig is still showing nicely in her post #1 when I viewed it again

Im gonna take my mom's MB 320 (wagon) on fri b/c i want to practice-what times for the thing should i look for? (a guessestimate would be ok). another question, after all the performance work gets done and i drive better, what kind of times should i be looking at?

Why in the world not? With good practice, and at least 100lbs lighter than me (I venture to assume), no reason she couldn't get even better times than me. And, well you know the drill...
