when i move windows down i can hear a noise like some moudling; soft plastic running against together, but i cna't see anything wrong... did anyone have it?? thanks!!

 

Yup Gogozy, my driver's window just started (3 days ago) making a noise, only it sounds like a high pitched squeal just as it opens and then a lower pitched, muffled sound half way down.

It was intermittent at first, but now happens every 4th time I roll it down. Funny thing is, there was a faint rattle from the window (in the up position) that started a week before this rubbing sound started.

I'm wondering if there's an issue with the regulator... Let me know if your condition changes.

 

the noise got louder one day afternoon, sound almost like something rubber stuck with glass... but 10 minutes later it return to it's usual rubbery noise i mentioned. the car only has 3000km...thinking takeing to dealer when doing oil change @6000km.. hope this noise stop...

 

my window does the same exact thing, i took it in to the dealer and they put a new regulator in...ever since then it is fine..

 

mine does it as well... EXTREMELY annoying. Im gonna take it in.

 

yeah, my rear passenger window started doing it really loudly a few weeks ago. and just last week my driver side window started doing the "crumpling bits of plastic" sound as well, although a lot softer than the one at the back.

will be having my dealer look at it when i bring it in at 8000km (or october, whichever comes first i guess). together with my creaky clutch pedal and incessant door-lock rattle, the tsx sure has a lot of growing pains to live through. my old 99 passat had some intermittent squeaks and rattles, but none to this extent.

 

Well both of my window up front are making those rubbing noises....damn now i have to take it to Acura for them to fix it.
