Water in the headlight

Water in the headlight

anyone know how to fix the condensation of water in the headlight? thanks.

Take it to the dealer, there was a TSB about it. They should fix it under warranty.

They'll still fix it. Or, at least, they should. I had mine in to the dealer on an unrelated complaint and found on the service write-up that the TSB was addressed with installing two metal clips. Although if you still have the condensation I'm not sure if the lens is covered. The first time I noticed the problem the car was still under warranty and the assembly was replaced. Then recently they must have changed the TSB again because now it said that new metal clips were installed on both headlamps.

Out of warranty: Any repair performed after warranty
expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration by
the District Parts and Service Manager or your Zone
Office. You must request consideration, and get a
decision, before starting work.

Looks like you may have to kiss up to the dealer.
