For minor tuning (springs, CAI, and etc.) the dealer has to prove that the modification was the cause of the damage to refuse to provide you service under warranty. However, if you mod your car a lot, don't be surprised if the dealer refuses to look at your car. Keep if simple and there's nothing to worry about. Do a lot and you're looking at potential warranty issues.

If you want to avoid warranty issues, find a local retailer for Comptech parts and have a Comptech retailer or Comptech approved dealer install the parts. They will still fall under your warranty.

It depends which part of the car you're having warranty work done. If you mod the engine and you have an engine issue you're probably SOL but it should not affect an issue with say a door rattle.
