VSA Warning Light comes on with no activation or (observed) problem

Has anyone else experienced their VSA warning light activating when the VSA system is not active? Three times in the last month mine has come on, and stayed on until I turn off the ignition. Then when I restart the engine the light is off. I am wondering if it is a possible failure of a sensor or maybe just the warning light itself is messed up.
Me => '04, 61K miles.

the only time that has happened to me was when I was trying to open the sunroof and hit the vsa button by mistake.

Do a search...there are many threads on this. I started one not too long ago.

There are many things it could be, but most common seems to be faulty/worn brake switch. It's like a $10 part and takes 5 min. to replace. Try that before you try any other (more expensive) options.

Check your brake system. I had the bolt that attaches my brakeline to the caliper get loose, and I lost brake fluid. Subsequently, the brake indicator came on, and after that, my VSA warning light activated.

Topped off my brake fluid and haven't had any problems since.

This problem occurred on my brother's TL. One of the sensors that monitors wheel speed went bad. An OBDII code is likely stored but you may not be able to read it with a generic OBDII code reader. A device that supports extended Honda specific OBDII codes may be required.

Same issue I had - rear passenger side banjo bolt came slightly loose and the pressure of braking would squeeze some fluid out, dropping the fluid in the resevoir below MIN. That causes brake malfunction indicators to light up, and 5 minutes later with the turn of a wrench and a few ounces of brake fluid, I was on my way again. It just happened to occur 2 minutes from a place I buy all of my car parts from and he was quick to lend a hand with a floor jack and socket set.
