VSA, Check Engine, Cruise Control Problem
VSA, Check Engine, Cruise Control Problem
Hello, I have searched the forum and can't find anyone having this combination of issues. Started about a week ago. Driving normally, VSA and check engine lights come on. ECU cuts throttle to the point I can barely accelerate. Cruise control will not engage. I was really hoping it was bad gas. Filled with new fuel and I have driven it about 20 miles over 4 days to work the new gas in but the issues remain. Help diagnosing will be greatly appreciated.

Go to dealer/service station, do not pass GO, do not collect $200. What youre describing sounds like the car is barely moving under its own power. In the wrong circumstances, you could get into an accident.

With the past weekend's winter storm, if you're in an area with wet roads, ice, snow, etc., YOU NEED torque and VSA for safety. Can't say it enough -- get 'er into a shop before you drive it any more.
