Does anyone know how to fix the upper display in the tax that have the Navi mine sometimes works but more often than not doesnt

 

I have the same issue on my 08 TSX...it looks like the back light is going out as it almost dims super low...I need to replace the passenger airbag indicator light as well as the hazard light. I'm going to inspect the upper display as I will pull out that section while am at and see if there's bulbs that can be replace.
