I accidentally posted this in the 2nd gen forum. Anyway, I searched for this but couldn't find a winner.

A few months ago I left my windows cracked due to the heat and got caught off guard by a rain shower. Water got into the drivers side armrest. It's obviously dry now, but the key fob won't reprogram. The fob LED works though.

Also, the cruise control went out after the same event. It won't stay engaged unless I hold the cruise switch in. I saw this in a thread once but I can't seem to find it.

Any ideas?

I had similar problems when water got into door of 07 Accord. They disappeared after drying w/ window down/open for a day. It might help to tape a hair dryer to blow down in fully open window, or remove door panel and direct air at driver's control panel.
