I got my TSX at around 80k miles last year.
Fun ride ( except steering issues here and there). Currently I am focusing on this sound and trying to get it fixed. I hear it a ton in the winter and sometimes in the summer.

Usually when im letting off of the clutch in 1st. some times when I make wide left turns/ u turns..

I have uploaded the audio of it when i could catch it.

 

Can't listen to soundclips on work computer, but maybe the throwout bearing?

 

I heard them and it does kinda' sound like a throwout bearing, but I don't think I understand if that source would make the noise on u-turns...unless you are letting out your clutch in those turns too?

 

Ahh sorry for the delay. The sound is heard maybe 5-15 times out of 150 clutch depressions in a commute. It happens if im shifting into first from neutral standstill at a long light (or from moving out of a parking spot after parking for multiple hours) and letting go slowly to drive off or if i'm on a hill of some sort. I hear it on U-turns if my wheel is turnt all the way left and I let off the clutch slowly with like 1- 2k rpms. it doesn't happen too often but it does happen.

my car is currently at a trusted shop for a broken A/C that hit me over the weekend.
I have done some maintenance, Oil change, intake /cabin Filters, Serpentine belt, can anyone point me to a "what I should check? " weekly/monthly maintenance checklist.
