2012 TSX Tech Buzzing Sound

Hello,

I'm a relatively new owner of a 2012 tsx tech and recently I have found that when it gets extremely cold (below 25) it seems the center/navigation console makes a buzzing sound when I unlock the car and after I start the car. It does go away after 5 or 10 min and the car is warmed up.

Has anyone else experienced this sound? Is it due to the cold weather?

Also, when I drive on the highway for over 1 hour, the TPMS light comes on saying it is not working however when I check the air pressure the tires are fine. Maybe a faulty sensor in the tire?

I also recently replaced my battery from the stock one that was in there.

Any help is great. Thanks!

TPMS: Check this thread.

Buzzing: likely a rattle. you will need to try to pinpoint the originating location (can be deceiving...). Then you will need to use various foam, friction tape and/or extra mass to eliminate said vibration that is causing the rattle.

I have the same exact buzzing sound that you are talking about. I will let you know when I find out.

So i got my car checked out the other day. It looks like it is the CD changer is malfunctioning in the car. Same exact problem as yours. When I unlocked the car that thing would turn around and around and I would hear a buzzing sound. The CD changer is rotating around and malfunctions. Luckily I had a warranty under it so they replaced it.

I think I have the same noise...
Does it sound like this?

I feel like disconnecting the CD player if that is the case. I don't even use it.

You know what, I had the exact problem this morning. It was about 25 degrees and it had that buzzing noise and it went away after five minutes if not three minutes. Scary.

I think it is either the CD player, internal hard drive or the fan on the navi screen.
