TSX-Aftermarket Sound System

I got installed in my TSX one amp. to the 8 speakers and one amp. to the subwoofer. The thing is that i have a lot of strange noises. (factory radio)
1. Everytime i press the deffoger an interference noise can be heard thru the speakers.
2. Everytime i turn on or off the interior light (where the garage control is) a loud "click" is heard thru the speakers.
3. Everytime the air conditioning is turning on and off the same thing.

Can someone explaining what is happening? The one who installed the Sound System told me that all the cables related with air conditioning, interior and exterior light are connected at the radio and that i need a new radio to fix that, but for that i need a radio kit for the acura. Does that kit exist?. thank you people!!!

there is no radio kit, it sounds like your shop doesn't know what the hell they are doing. i am using the stock HU and have replaced all the other stereo components and have no unwanted noise.

If you visit the AV section of this forum, look at the Sticky thread by Jonesi that's a master list of helpful thread posts, and look under TSX, you'll find a post by me with instructions on how to add an aftermarket amp to the TSX OEM HU. It has one error which is pointed out within the thread, and which is clear when you look at the attached wiring diagram. It's been used by many, many people on the forum.

I won't say that the shop doesn't know what they are doing in general, but they didn't know the dope on this specific car. It sounds like they used some adapters they didn't need. I believe that jigga, zazen-forget-his-exact-handle, and a couple of others got RID of noise by getting rid of those uneeded adapters using this approach.

Oh, heck, here:

Thank you elduderino for the help..I will in fact check the wiring diagram and give it to the ones who installed the system.

Actually the problem remains, I don't know how my sound system was installed but i know for sure that something is not properly connected. This noise always come to me when I turn on the air conditioning. My question....what the heck have in common the air conditioning and the radio, no idea!!!!
any idea will be appreciated. Thank you all

seeing as this post is 9 years old now i hope your problem is fixed lol! but i have to make 5 posts because i am a new member so here.....since you are using a stock stereo sounds like the place you had installed are hacks and spliced all your audio wires into "hot" wires like your air conditioning and lighting....
"doesn't know what they are doing in general, but they didn't know the dope on this specific car. It sounds like they used some adapters they didn't need"
this is wrong because if they had used adapters there wouldn't be interface noises because that's what they are made to do...you only get interface when you splice a wire and turn it into a 3-way or whatever....every time you use an accessory that has a splice from your audio system it draws power away from the audio wires and creates interface....
if you are not good with electric i suggest you take it back to that place and raise hell that they completely fu***d your wiring and make them repair every splice and to draw power from legit places like a fuse box or run a hot wire off the battery or power line with a switch. I am a full time electrician i hope this helps anyone with the same problem... car audio is not an exact science and there are a lot of hacks out there so do your homework and take your baby somewhere legit!!!!!! or do it yourself!!
