TSX '05 no aux port

Hey guys. It's been bothering me that I do not have an aux port for my tsx. It was listed as part of the description for having the aux port. For some reason I still cannot find it on the car. The car is a non navi. Does anyone know where it is?

i don't know about 05, but on my 06, it is located in the center console where an extra cigarette 12V jack is located. (under the coin box plate)

Should be in the owner's manual.
Not the aux input, but where to find it.

Look in the center arm rest.

if i were you i'd go back to the dealer, point out what they wrote, and demand that they install you the factory upgrade acura musiclink, or you sue them for false advertisement

I thought you can hook the IPOD to the factory stereo in the 05 and use the factory controls

You lose xm function and with blitzsafe or any other ice link.

You can try using xpie 3 which is a 3 audio input switch that you switch off xm or your choice of 3 aux inputs,

The 05 TSX doesn't have an Aux port, but you can add one yourself for around $100. Try to make the dealer cover it if it was promised to you. Say that was one of the main things that attracted you to the car.

^^ If you use the USAspec, you won't lose the XM. It's a nice module, I just installed one for a forum member a couple of weeks ago. The USAspec will also control your Ipod, and give you an extra RCA AUX input. All that and you still keep XM.

Nope, it's not too bad. You just remove the storage bin and then plug it into the bottom of the headunit. It's pretty much plug and play without any power wires that you have to run.

Check the a/v section. Elduderino has the cheapest price that I've seen around:
