This suxs 3 days and already problems
The pulling is likely due to some work having been done on the car prior to final release. Take it back to the dealer and have them look at the alignment. The windshield rattle seems to be something that is coming up sporadically. I'm sure the dealership will cover both under warranty.

Indeed, the dealer should fix them under warranty.

Comes from the factory like that. Acura still has not fixed their line. Maybe they will do so for the 2005 model.

After 3 days of ownership, how many miles do you have on your car? Also take into consideration that this car is freshly assembled and is NOT BROKEN IN. Suspension bushings (that are made of rubber), interior fasteners (that are made of plastic with rubber washer bushings), and other fastening items are not entirely set into place yet. If you've ever bought a new house, it shares these types of characteristics. These items need to settle into place, as they are too new from assembly. Give it a little time before you go throwing out ideas that the car is not set correctly. Check your tire pressures, make sure you're on a straight and smoothly paved road before guessing that your alignment is out of spec. You could have a concern as simple as the balance being a little out of spec. All too often, people suspect alignment issues.

Before you assume this is problem that i made up. Let give you a little history of myself. I 30 yrs old, and been working on my own cars for 10 yrs now. The only time i bring in my car for service is warranty issues. I just don't trust anyone servicing my cars and the B.S. they give sometimes. My first car that i bought, 98 prelude..no issues....2000 S2000...no issues....currently own 2002 Civic Si...there where a little rattle above the passenger side which i punched and it was fixed....
I've own and worked on enough new cars to know if and how its suppose to work. Regardless if the car is new and if its settle in or not. Rattles from the windshield and alignment on a brand spanking new should not be off, but sh!t happens I know.
I just got back from the dealer, which they test drove it and claims the tapping is from the side curtains and they don't know why the alignment is off. They will have to put it on a machine to correct. If this is a normal thing, why will the dealer even bother fixing these issue? Maybe he is just making this up too?
