I took my TSX into the dealer for the 24000km service. I pointed out the rattles I've had, namely drivers door, rear drivers side door, passenger side front door and headliner. On the invoice, they wrote "confirmed front passenger and rear left door rattles; could not duplicate headliner and drivers door rattle" . They popped off all the door panels and applied anti-rattle felt tape to those doors, as well as the between windshield and dash.( i never had rattles there ???!!!; maybe a bulletin they received on fixing rattles?) Anyways, I had my car back by the end of the day, and the rattles seem to be gone. I'm not sure if they wrote everything into the invoice or not, because I know I had rattles in the headliner and the driver's door, which aren't apparent anymore. Also the drivers side door seems to close with a more pronounced "thunk". I don't know if this will help those with rattles, but perhaps there is a some sort of bulletin for the dealers regarding this. My service advisor mentioned to me that they've had many TSXs with rattles come in. Im skeptical about the fix, because I know some other member's rattles have come back after being fixed, but now its a month later, and with temperatures ranging from from 0 to 30 degrees, and no rattles still , the car is MUCH quieter.
