Sunroof not working after engine replacement

So, I had to replace the engine on my TSX. I got it back and the Sunroof isnt working now. I figured maybe its a fuse. But I dont have the cover for my under the dash fuse panel so Im not sure if there is a fuse there for it. I pulled every fuse and they all looked ok. I checked the fuse box under the hood and do not see anything listed for the sunroof.

I did see that there are 2 relays for the sunroof in the ceiling of the car, but are there any fuses or relays I can check under the dash or the hood first? Im hoping its something simple.

Since my engine dies, the car was at 2 shops. The 2nd one that did the work said they had nothing to do with it. I didnt even ask the first one and I know it would be a waste of time trying to accuse either of them for shorting something out.

Please help! I have no A/C in my car and I need every window available!

Another note. When I push the moonroof button, I do hear a faint click sound in the roof.
