Anybody have this problem? Sometimes the sunroof when closed it is sunk about 1/2 inch below the roof line. sometimes it closes fine.

 

Not quite same problem, but my '04 had a problem with the sun roof not fully closing a month or so ago. Dealer said they "cleaned the track, realigned and shimmed the roof." No charge, and problem was solved.

 

Thanks, I'll have to get back to the dealer - so many problems but thats what I get for going with the first model year. My door lock was coored - scratched and I seldom use it, had a creak in the dash they fixed (and broke the windshield while doing it) Had the right rear control arms relaced for out of camber - (probably had to get tires sooner due to that) They did the headlight cover that would leak as well. Hope these things are better with the newer models.
