Srs light problem Help please

I'm so sorry for my bad english.... im French !!

I change my clockspring ( Cable Reel ) with one from a 2005 TSX, and since this ( i'm not sure it is related to this but ... ) i have SRS light problem and the light is this

SITUATION 1
If I belt my self... before i start the car, the SRS light goes off after the 3 BIPs ( as usual ) but if i remove my belt.... with the car still running , the light come up until i stop the car and remove the key

SITUATION 2
IF i dont belt my self before i start the car, the SRS light stay on after the 3 bips, if i belt my self with the car still running , the light Stay on. until i stop the car and remove the key

So, do i have to pay 107 $ ( canadian price ) to the dealer to scan my srs code and add a 280$ just to change a seat buckle ? or i do it my self ... ( change the seat buckle )

is it hard to do ? by the way any HOW-to ?... on this forum ?.

do you think the Cable reel ( clockspring) from the tsx 2005 are related to this problem ? ) do you know if the part number for the cable reel is the same for the 2004 and 2005 ??

Thank you .. and help me please ... oh and sorry for the HEADACHE after reading my story.

I know in the U.S. Acura Warranty will repair any seatbelt or component that fails to function properly during normal use; includes all parts and labor charges; for the entire working life of the car.

Looking at acura.com; looks like it's "Seat belts are covered by a 15-year, 150,000-mile limited warranty"; at least for the current models.
Gotta check my owner's book again.

Ok, I just looked in my warranty booklet that comes with the owners manual. Said for my 2004, seatbelts are covered for the useful life of the vehicle.
Enter your vehicle year and model at this link. You'll be able to read the warranty booklet on pdf - http://owners.acura.com/Warranty/Warranty.aspx

It's the 2nd gen TSX that has the 15yr / 150K mile warranty, which ever comes first.

Here's a pdf of the Acura Warranty for a 2004 TSX sold in Canada http://www.acura.ca/Content/acura.ca...4%20AWMG-E.pdf
Took a quick read, said seatbelts fall under Major Components, so 5yr / 100,000 Kilometer warranty

You can find more pdf's here from Acura Canada http://www.acura.ca/owners/standard-warranty

i take a paper clip to get my code and it not the Seat Belt .. i have a (6-1) code
