05 TSX transmission stuck in drive

05 TSX transmission stuck in drive
hey guys,
im having a problem in my 05 TSX. it keeps geting stuck in DRIVE!!
i can move it to manual shift or into 3 but wont go to reverse or park!!! when i push on the brakes the brake lights are coming on. so i dont think its the brake solenoid but i dont know for sure? its not geting stuck in park at all just in drive. if i turn the car off while its stuck in drive it will all of a sudden let me put into park?
