seems like you have an 06
warranty's good, so take it to the dealer
i had similar problem. actually my sunroof had somee rubber membrane sticking out of the roof. i also have an 06.
took it to the dealer, changed the whole sunroof (glass + rubbers) in just 3 days.
all covered under warranty.
so if it seems abnormal, take it to the dealer and jus get it changed

I don't think replacing the seals will do the job long term. This is a recurring problem with the TSX, and it's not a big deal. It usually only happens in certain weather conditions, like high humidity. Conditioning the seals with something like silicon or something similar will take car of the problem. The door seals will do this too when the car is newer.

Any particular products?
My 4 month old '06 TSX has just started doing this as well...as you said, it just got humid lately and the temperature has dropped so these might be related. The sunroof is the worst part, but the doors seem to be doing it as well. The windshield might be doing it, too, but it might just be the front right door.
Anyway, do you have any particular recommendations for products? I'm assuming a simple silicon spray would work...applied with a cloth to avoid overspray and a mess, of course. Also, if anyone has suggestions on how to apply/how much to apply, it would appreciated.
Thanks!
Os.

As for the windows, no such permanent solution, and I have to do the regular silicon spray lubrication. Mine only do it in the summer though.

Weird ... I started to notice the seem squeek from the moonroof a few days ago. It's like the TSX family communicate with each other and attack all at once!
