Squeaking brakes, and warped rotors..

Squeaking brakes, and warped rotors..
The brakes squeak now on a cold start for the first mile or so, and the typical Honda rotor fade makes the car shudder when braking on freeway speeds...Will these be covered under CPO warranty?
