I just had my m/t replaced at the dealer and I went to pick it up last night. They replaced the tranny and clutch. When I left the dealer I realized I couldnt put the shifter into 5th gear, every other gear worked fine. There wasnt even a slot or anything for it. I took it back and just received a call from service this morning that they are getting it to shift fine and they mentioned something about a different shifting pattern??? I tried it and another worker tried it lastnight and we couldnt find a 5th. The whole situation doesnt seem right to me and I dont understand why they would say its the shifting pattern that is different when every other gear is in perfect place and everything they put back in is stock and new. Any ideas??
