Rotors resurfaced at 16000km

Took my car in for the 16000 km service and mentioned I was not happy with the vibration coming from the front breaks. The dealer resurfaced the front rotors at no charge. I had the same reacurring problem with my 99 TL. Anyone else having the same problem?

TSX brakes are not that great to begin with. You either live with a little vibration or at that rate you'll need new rotors by the time the 2nd or 3rd resurfacing happens.

Just had my wife's rotors resurfaced at 20,000 miles. I once had a 1980 Accord that had the same problem. Had to resurface the rotors every 10 to 15,000 miles. Never had that problem with any other car. I may try to find a better quality rotor to replace these after the next resurface.

Had my front rotors replaced under warranty at 30k. They were never resurfaced.

I had my rotors replaced under warranty around 25K, but I'm close to 40 and they feel warped again.....I'm going to take the car in next week...we'll see what happens...I don't think I brake too hard at all....I don't know what the deal is

Maybe the TSX rotors are just undersized?

Those rotors look pretty good. We'll see what happens in the near future. I think the TSX brakes either have poor rotor material or they are not cooled enough (poor design).

I had my rotors resurfaced around 12K miles. They were fine for awhile afterwards, but now they feel warped again. I'm now approaching 22K miles. Dealer is getting me replacement rotors under warranty. However, judging from these posts, it looks like I can still expect warping again in about 12K miles. I don't think I brake too hard either...

On my old Accord, there was/is a mild pulsing when braking. I let it go because it was not severe. Now at 80000 miles, I had to change a front bearing. Pure coincidence? BTW, the pulsing is much less perceptible now.
