Nice set-up

Does it oscillate up & down quite a bit or is it pretty stiff?

How much does the rack go for?

you should try to throw some scotchlite on there or some kind of reflector.. besides the point that theres less distance from your car to the person behind you now that they might not realize.. you're blocking much of the brakelights.. looks good though

Why didn't you like the roof rack?

I just got a trunk mounted rack, but It's kind of a pain putting it on and taking it off.

I have a trailer-hitch rack that I used to use on my Jeep, but it's for the bigger receiver and I didn't want a big receiver on my car.

I didn't like the roof rack because of all the damn wind noise and the turbulence you get when the bikes are on top of the car. you can feel the car move when side to side when you get moving on the highway.

one more thing you can get the adapter to convert from a 2 inch to a 1-1/4 for 20 dollars.

OKay...new TSX here.....really dont want the roof rack.

That hitch...all bolt on or needs to be welded? My car's on a lease, so dont want to mess stuff up and start making holes.

Also...how long to get that rack on/off when not in use? How heavy is it?

Thanks!

The receiver bolts up to existing holes on the frame rail. ZERO WELDING REQUIRED!!!

The rack take at a max 2 minutes to put on the car and it weighs around 30lbs.

by the way my car is a lease as well.

if you have any questions feel free to send me a PM.
