Back to the topic....LOL
Going to Honda this week to purchase the new endlinks. Expect a followup from me real soon.
Also, Im gonna see if the new 05 TSX's already come from the factory with the new links. Since they put a thicker sway in the back of the 05's, they MIGHT have changed the links to the new beefier ones.

All the current sites I've checked so far still list the current part numbers. That's not to say they haven't already included them in the manuf. line, but I doubt.
Also, don't forget to order the kit number from the TSB. Please post pics of the new end links next to the old.

And I think the reason why its not sitting flush is because its in upside down...has to be...
I'll find out this weekend...

Finally found a Honda dealership that was able to find the new revised links, and to my suprise, they actually had one set instock.
They retail for about $112 but since I work at a dealership myself, my cost was $84 and some change .
Just waiting for monday till im back at work to install them.

Finally the new endlinks are installed. Theres not much difference between the endlinks except for the fact that the updated endlinks are beefier, about 1mm thicker than the factory TSX endlinks.
I'll try to post some pictures when I find the time to get them on my computer.

Does that Honda TSB on the endlink also apply on our TSX? I want to take my car in and ask them to replace the right side endlink with the beefier one. That way both sides will have new endlinks. If that Honda TSB also applies to our tsx, then I can just tell my dealer that they did not complete the job, any suggestions?

I haven't investigated the end links yet but found something else
that may be causing the noise on bumps. The comptech frame mount
bushings are spreading open. The slit in the comptech bushings
are directly under load, the slit being straight down. These slits are
spreading open.
I'm ordering some suspension energy bushings, part # 9.5126.
The greasable type has larger bracket dimensions and will not fit. I
saw them at pep boys.
The energy suspension bushings are slit on the side as they
should be.
