Rat Bit Off Wiring

Hi, while starting up my TSX, three messages came on (transmission system check, vsa, and emissions system). Scanned the engine bay and noticed a harness wire was bitten off on top of the transmission. Taped it back together best I could with electrical tape & glue (might not hold due to it bitten off near the clip). Only warning now is emissions system with engine icon. Not sure what the issue is but I plan on taking it to Autozone to have the code scanned if it doesn’t clear itself. Might be another wire bitten off I’m not seeing. Would anyone know the part# or name of the piece pictured? Any advice on emissions error or how to clear? Thx.
