Unhappy Problem with a Wheel on 2007 TSX

Before winter i was looking to do some maintenance myself to save some money on my wife's TSX , changed coolant (this one I had other people do it , too hard on ur own) , spark plugs , brakes , rotors , brake fluid , cabin filter , engine filter.
While doing breaks and rotors, everything went relatively smooth , except for those annoying rotor screws , found out that drilling them out is waste of time , smaller chisel and hitting them in counter clock wise directing takes them right out. So as I was putting wheels back and broke a "special" lug nut on a front right wheel.
I understand I got to change the entire thing with 5 wheel screws , by the way it looks shouldn't be that bad , that why i have some questions.
1). Is it ok to drive for next couple days about 100 miles a day ?
2). what is that part called , i would imagine something like wheel assembly hub ?
3). Buying part from dealer or lets say AutoZone , is there much difference ?
4). Are there any tricks doing it ? have anyone done it ?
5). Also after changing the whole deal , i noticed my front breaks make weird sound breaking and turning on low speeds , and wheel with broken lug nut having burning smell and possibly overheating (i took about 100 miles test drive)

Thanks guys , help will be greatly appreciated.

It should be okay to drive for several days until you get a replacement wheel bolt. The price per bolt ranges from $3-5. Looking online, there's 4 different manufacturer's, but the thread specs should all be the same.

In terms of the noises and smell from the brakes, what brands did you replace the rotors and pads with? Did you follow a proper bedding procedure?

The part number for the hub assembly is: 44600-SDA-A10

There are two wheel bolts listed with Acura:

90113-SAO-006 (SAGA)
90113-SAO-025 (NAGOYA RASHI)

you should be able to just replace the lug (bolt)

And I disagree with the sentiment expressed above. There should be no noises or smells coming from your new brakes assuming the job was done correctly. And...... to be a wise guy....... a complete brake job performed by someone who evidently doesn't know the correct spelling of what he's replacing (it's "brake", not "break") can't help but give me some pause.

just replaced all 5 on mine, 70 bucks at a shop. Some were stripped/bent/rusted, replaced them all.

Question, why'd you put your wheels under the car?
