Problem with brakes TSX '05

Hey guys.... When I bought my Acura TSX '05 I noticed that I need brake service done. I could feel vibration/pulsation when applying brakes even on low speed. I ordered onljne all 4 rotors and all pads and replaced them myself. All parts ordered were Centric. The pads are ceramic Posi Quiet. Anyway after doing all that, I can still feel now that vibration/pulsation when I apply brakes. My mechanic checked the car and said that most likely the rotors were originally damaged from the factory and that there is nothing that he can see.
I look forward to any good advice
Thank you.

Did he measure the run-out and check to make sure surfaces are parallel? Sticky caliper slide pin? Could be a suspension problem.

Very clever response, thank you.
He didn't check the run out, but I think he did check caliper slide pins and they looked fine. As far as suspension what possibly can it be and then it really happens only with braking, which makes me think it definitely has to do with some brake component.
Thank you sir.

I'm inclined to agree that it could be a suspension issue. There may be something that is moving when the weight transfer takes place that accompanies braking (and could also be very hard to nail down). I've had this issue myself and it was a loose wheel. Since the OP's wheels have recently been on and off the car, I'll assume they're tight. That said, I've been amazed at how less than "tight" can cause a vibration under braking. One other thing could be that the pads were not bedded properly. That's unlikely so soon after they were installed, but you never know. It's a curious thing how something very minor can cause a noticeable problem.

Maybe it is a suspension part I don't know....but it has to do with something that is turning with the wheels. When I drive the car on low speeds and even without no braking I can hear and feel some kind sound/noise similar to light scratching. I don't know maybe one of the rotors is not circling smooth...

I know this is highly unlikely, but that's exactly what I was hearing when I discovered loose lug nuts (and the only reason I found that was because I noticed I was missing a front lug nut which pointed me toward checking the rest of them). Are you sure the hub surfaces and/or the wheel surfaces don't have some corrosion build up that is keeping the wheel (s) from tightening flush against the hub?

Brake issue fixed!

Hey guys... Just wanna give you an update for brakes. Went to a different mechanic shop last week, they checked the front rotors on the machine and said that one of them is damaged. So, they resurfaced 2 front rotors and now seems like the problem is totally gone, well at least for now
Thanks for everyone trying to help
