Does anyone know why the power windows wont work. Only drivers side works.. checked fuses and all O.K.

Did you check the lockout button on the L/F Master window switch?

 

Yes it is not the problem. where the fuses go the reading says no power all otherfuses in car work.

 

The three fuses for the L/R, R/R and R/F windows are energized by a relay in the underdash fuse box. That'd be the next thing to check.

 

Had this exact thing happen two months ago. Mine was under warranty but I believe it was the master switch that needed to be replaced. I left it at my local acura dealer for two days and they fixed it.

 

Weird. If you're still under warranty, take it in and have them look at it. It's probably the switch that went bad.

 

This happened to me when I had my tints put on. They found out after they took my door apart that it was actually a switch that was laying at the bottom of the door. They advised who ever worked on the car did not install the switch back and it seemed rigged.

The last time that I had my door off was when I went to the dealership and had them replace my weather strips because they were squeeking. So what they did so that I'd come in at a later date is put the switch at the bottom or barely in there so that it would disconnect the wires.


Never going back to the dealership.

 

Yea thats exactly what happened with me too. I think it had something to do with them putting in the stealths for the tints so they don't get scratched up and thats when it stopped working

 

My rear driver side window button spring popped out of the button itself.... there was like a 2mm hole where I saw this metal thing sticking out.. I was so confused and kinda pissed... turned out it was the spring and the window doesnt work... Needed a new power alternator I believe... maybe you could check that? Bit pricey.

 

i am experiencing this problem just now, only driver side window works, passenger and both rear does not i checked all the fuses but found nothing i can hear the relay clicking when i push the button down but nothing happens,i also try using the key fob but still nothing, i haven't done any electrical things to the car it just stop working out of no where, any advice would be great.

 

Alright problem fixed! Brought the car to the dealer and had them take a look at it, technician said "it was the main switch,power wAs being sent to it but no power coming out" I forgot I hAD the extended warranty so it was no charge and also had the recall fixed aswell
