Power windows

So I painted my driver side back door. (Left rear door) and took the door off The car. When I put the door back on and connected all the cables back in place I noticed the window would go down but not up. I pressed down on the drivers door and it went down but not up. The left rear door it's self didn't go up or down. All other windows work fine. Fuses are in fine condition. I switched the window motor regulator on the door and had the same results it rolled down but when I wanted to roll it back up. Nothing happened. Any ideas what it could be. Could it be the main power window switch on the drivers door?

Since it won't work from either driver's master panel or LR control panel, the fault could be faulty relay in the LR control panel. This relay is controlled from either master or local control panel. It is unclear if relay is replaceable or entire control panel must be replaced.

Diagnostics are indicated to confirm 1) switch is routing voltage to the relay and 2) the relay is failing to close when voltage is applied.

good luck
