Parking Light Problem
Parking Light Problem
Ok, so I'm switiching from my LED's back to stock lights. And I get everything in. And the turn signals work, the brake lights work, and the reverse lights work. However, the license plate lights, the parking lights, and the side marker lights dont.
Now, considering the side marker lights and the parking lights were never touched, I know this has to be a ground or fuse issue. All the lights in the back use the same ground per the Helm's so they should be fine. The under-the-hood fuse is fine, however... this has to be a fuse issue. So does anyone know of either a duplicate fuse and/or something else this could be? I'm completely baffled.
Help!!

first off I would buy a volt meter and test each bulb connector cause even though they use the same ground wire they eventually split meaning ond of the wires that goes directly to the bulb connector could have broken some how. I had this happen to me actually and had to cut a section of wire out and put a new one in.

I wasn't sure if the fuse is duplicated down there as well.

In the mean time, I have an idea for something better then a volt meter (well not better, but pretty good)
I'm gonna take a wired LED light, just a singal one. And ground it against the trunk and see if I can get it to light. It MUST be an issue with power though, I have been researching all day and can't find any other cause...
See guys... this is why I hate modding, something always goes wrong for me... even if I'm trying to mod back to stock

Good news everyone
It was a fuse, under the hood. Although NOT the fuse that the Helm's identified so be warned, there might* be a mistake in the manual.
All figured out now though. Thanks everyone for your help!
