hi all,

this happened since yesterday. for some reason, it won't allow me to switch to cd when i press the cd/uax/xm button. my wife told me that when she tried to change to a different track, it gave her an error and that was that.

i made an appt with ac dealer next week. but just wanna know if any if you guys know anything abt it.

you might try disconnecting your battery

 

Its been seen before. You may be getting a new unit.

 

Yup, happened to me and I had to get a new HU, but I wasn't under warranty. Luckily I got a used one off the forum for very cheap, well considering a new one is $1300.

I think the cause is changing cds when going over severe bumps causes the changer to become unaligned.

My cd changer is not working as well. I noticed this problem yesterday. I can't eject cd's nor can I switch cd's.. I keep getting an "Error" message. Very annoying but i made an appointment to see the dealer about this.
