Any help would be appreciated, I am pretty worried about my car and im scared to drive it.
I have a 04 TSX auto with 59k km.
So today I went to the store to stop by for approx 5 minutes to grab something, when I came out and started my car....it felt like it didn't wanna start. After about a good 3 seconds of cranking the car started, but then normally the airbag, brake and vsa lights reset and turn off in about 5 sec under normal conditions.
However, the VSA (in letters) and the "!" light with the triangle stayed on....at this point i was pretty worried. I turned off the car and started it again, but afterwards it turned off as normal as drove pretty normal....now I'm at home and scared to drive it....its a sunday and the dealer is not open...what can be possibly wrong?

 

Probably need to get the VSA checked out. Take it to your dealer tomorrow. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

 

It is probably nothing too serious. The car battery in TSX is a tap underpowered, so sometimes "cranking" is required from time to time to start to the car.

 

How old is the battery? You might want to do a search for battery problems, etc. It might be time to drop $125.00 US for a Red Top #35 and eliminate all doubt.

 

you'll get a CEL if there is a major problem. are you shure you didn't accidentally hit the VSA button with yoru arm? i've done that before and freaked out until i read the manual.
