well to make a long story short, i had to get my car touched up a bit because of a nick that a dealer caused. the part that was touched up is a bit off color from the rest of the car. the dealer said to wait and it would blend in again but the paint is dry and the color has not blended...is this dealer just bullshitting me or is this paint (which is now dry) magically gonna change color

 

Take it back!! They need to do a better job. If they can't, have them refer you to a body shop that can do it at their cost. B/c the dealer did it, they are liable to make sure it is adequate to perfect for you. If they don't believe you, show up with the car and point it out to them.

 

I say you sue the EPA for making us have to put up with crappy paint due to their regulations.

Oh, and your dealer is FOS.
