P0705 Neutral safety switch circuit malfunction

To make things a short, I replaced my two front tires with 2 used one due to not having enough money at the time. A week later the P0705 code came on. 3
tires are 215/50/17 p95 and one is 215/50/17 p91. Could that cause code.

No problem is a neutral safety switch circuit fault. Tires are not the problem. See attached.
