Does anyone know why this is and/or what i need to do about it?

 

My awesome neighbor came over and took a look at it for me. Apparently this means that it is going out.
SOLUTION: buy 2 new bulbs (recommended replacing both at same time to ensure color integrity) and have them installed professionally.

 

Correct and it's not that cheap because their is a little bit of labor involved. My bulbs were like $60 and labor around $150 at an independent shop. Dealer wanted something like $500.

 

It's intimidating at first, but it can be done by DIY. I got the OEM replacement OSRAM bulbs from eBay far cheaper then what my dealer was selling it at. There's a DIY here, just search for it. Always disconnect the battery before attempting the HID replacement.
