Ok so i've been searching through a bunch of threads about "first oil changes" and there seems to be alot of mixed confusion.. and somone said there should be a poll about it.. so here it is

Did you guys follow the manual regarding your first oil change? (10-15% on the MID)
and if not how many miles did you run before you changed it?

 

well.. this isn't a poll but i say do as you like. i like to change my oil every 3000-3500k miles or when the oil gauge reaches 15%-20%. which ever is first. just do what you feel is right. there really isn't a wrong way.

 

my A1 light went on a yesterday @ 15% or 4,420 miles. getting oil change tomorrow
