Navigation Screen Scratch

After a few months of being careful with my nav screen a scratch has mysteriously appeared. Does anyone know anything I can use to "polish" it out? I don't expect to completely remove it, but can't just sit by without trying. The screen is plastic so some clear plastic polish might work?

Maybe Zaino Z-14 ?

My gut feeling, don't bother and risk f'ing it up even more...

A search for scratch repairs of PDA's seems to suggest that if you get a screen protector sheet for your monitor you won't see the scratch as much. I had not thought of this and I am getting one for mine right away...

Yep, wish I would have gotten one of those a little sooner.

Brasso polish might work, I use it on my iPod and it can be used on watch faces...not sure since i am not quite sure what the nav screen is made out of.

elduderino, did you ever get this? What brand? Was it an exact fit, or did you have to cut it?

Here is a post I got off of a detailing site:

For Cleaning NAV Screen:

Sunglass Hut Solid Sun Care Kit - $9.99

Lens Treatment and Microfiber Cleaning Cloth clean the NAV screen beautifully with no scratches and no streaking. Kit is small enough to fit in center or glove or side compartment. Make sure you spray the cloth and NEVER spray the navigation screen, then wipe.

Would the PDA screen protector sheet interfere with the touch screen function???
