my car has a mind of its own...

I came out of work today and found all the door windows rolled down. I did not use the transmitter to unlock the door yet (pushing down the unlock button will roll down all the windows automatically), and I know that when I left the car in the morning, all the windows were up.

Somehow the windows rolled down by themselves during the day.

Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know what could be causing this. It's as if the TSX has a mind of its own...

That's the first time I've heard of that happening.

That is very strange, unless it picked up a lose window signal?

Maybe someone was playing a practical joke...
Someone took your spare keys from home and went to your work just to roll your windows down...

If you kept the transmitter in your pocket, it's possible that you did inadvertently push the unlock button.

Similar behavior (mysterious opening of power sliding doors) has been reported at odyclub.com.

Thanks for the feedback.

After reading the owner's manual, I found there is a way to "reset" the windows by rolling the driver side window down and up. When it's up, the switch is supposed to be held for ~2 seconds.

I don't know if it works, but the windows stayed up today.

On a related note, I always leave the car doors unlocked at night since it's garaged. When I come in the next morning, there have been occasions where I found the doors locked. One time, as I was leaving the garage, I even heard the doors lock all by themselves. I think the computer is screwy, but what can I do? When I went to the dealer about this, they couldn't replicate the problem so nothing was done...

when you lock the doors with the remote and then don't open a door, they automatically lock again after 30 seconds.

im not saying you do this, but it could be related.
