Multiple Codes after Fuel Pump change

My 2006 TSX with about 141K miles is still in the family and was taken to a repair shop for a fuel smell, which turned out to be the fuel pump housing. Replaced, and replaced again as the 1st part wasn't telling the truth on fuel level. Next day after getting it back, car threw these codes:

P0122 - Throttle Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor/Barometric Sensor Low
P0128 - Coolant Below Regulating Temperature or Out of Range
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1

The coolant tank was nearly empty, so that was refilled. I asked the kiddo to pop open the radiator cap (cold engine) and see if the coolant needed some topping off. I know the MAP and throttle body have coolant/temp inputs, so maybe low coolant tipped those off, but kid says the idle is rougher than usual. I recommended clearing the codes after adding coolant (he has a code reader). Then if any come back, look at removing and cleaning the throttle body. All of these coming at once seemed leads me to think they're all related. The only other thing I could think of is the fuel pump replacement put something in the fuel line, triggering the 0420, 0107, and 0122.

If anyone has seen this before, I'd like to hear about it.
