more problems continued

ok so i drag raced my car for the first time last friday night and my driver's side window started to act funny. i would push up and it would go up like 2 inches then back down then up then down and stop. this happened mulitple times. its ok now a couple of days later but could that somehow also be related to my system being whacked. my interior lights got fixed and all that...

Maybe you have a bad switch.

our tsx has that window safety feature where if you accidently put your neck on the window and someone pushed the up switch, it would hit your neck then stop, then go back down. sounds like it's something related to that.

try that on the passenger sides - but not with you or someone's neck

Try using some silicone spray and spray the window guides The rubber is causing too much friction which keeps the window from coming up smoothly. The sensor thinks somthing is stuck or jammed and triggers the auto retract feature. Hope this helps, good luck.
