Angry Lemon Law?

I just got back from service today. This is the second time they attemped to fix the alignment and still the car drifts left. Even worst when I accelerate. I don't believe its an alignment issue, I believe its something else. Plus they could not fix the windsheild tapping noise. I only have 1100 miles on it and most 300 of it was going back and from there. Anyone have this problem before or where should I go from here? Should I demand for a new one? Thanks.

does the steering wheel jerk to one side when u accelerate hard?

if so, it could be torque steer which is normal on a fwd car

Its definately not torque steer. The car just wants to drift left on higher speeds, not from a stand still. Besides, theres not much torque from the Tsx to cause major torque steer.

I wish it was that. The first time, maybe. Second time I got the GM to look into it. He even test drove with me and the mechanic. So i doubt it. I believe the left wheel is a tad slower then the right which is causing the drift.

Btw.

Thanks for the link....very helpful. I hope i don't have to go
that route, but it seems like i have no choice if the dealer is not
willing to fix this issue.
