Hey guys so. I get a knock when down shifting from 2nd to 1st in sport shift mode. That's the only time I hear it. I just noticed it a few days ago. What do you guys think I should do. Anyway I can fix it myself? Or do I have to take the car in ?

 

Im thinking it could also b a motor mount issue

 

I suspect bad transmission mounts.
