I need help or tips on how to remove cluster from TSX.(what's the best way to access the hidden bolts?) thanks

 

there looks to be just 2 and you need to get to them from underneath. So remove the lower kick panel by your fee and look up. After that, looks to just tilt forward. Question is, if you need to remove the steering wheel or not.
