how do I replace a burned out HID bulb?

One of them burned out so I just received my new set of 8000k d2s bulbs....i looked at the headlight configuration and am so clueless on how to take the old bulbs out and put in the new ones....I know i should let dealership do it but I am not gonna pay for their overpriced labor. HELP!!!! (out of warranty so no bother with dealership) and yes, i know 8000k is bad but I'm just needing help replacing the bulbs...any help? any thing i shouldn't touch/remove other than the bulb? I dont want to kill myself by the voltage.

High voltage, low amperage. You can ground it, you'll be fine.
