Question headlight switch burned out?

I tried to do the setup where you can turn on your fogs before the low beams and i screwed up. I attached the blue/white wire and black/red wire into the blue/black wire on the relay without notice. I'm an idiot!

Now the headlight switch and fog light switch won't work at all. The signals for turning and high beams aren't working either. I checked all the fuses and relays... relays are still working, but the fuses for the headlights; low/hi aren't getting power. (fuses are all good)
I got help from a friend who used a testing light to check all the fuses and cables to make sure current is coming through. We found that power is being brought up to the headlight switch, but the switch isn't working whether i have them off or on. My parking lights/corner lights/ on the fuse box: "small light" are on the whole time when i turn the key to acc and on. My headlight symbol on the speedometer is on also, but the actual low beams aren't on at all.

I'm thinking about replacing the headlight switch. That's the only thing i can think of to replace to try to get the lights on. If i run a cable from ground to the original setup of the light relay, i can turn the fogs on with that cable. GHETTO
Is this the problem? has anyone else encountered this?

I have a headlight switch with the fog light combo. How much do you think that'll run? I'm going to the junk yard after school tomorrow.

damn.. i just made a google search; ranges: $50-$95

All the circuits you've listed as not working are controlled by the multiplex system. You'll need the proper manuals and a decent working knowledge of how the system works to diagnose it properly....or you can pay someone to diagnose it....

...or you can throw parts at it.

Yup, figured out the problem... I hit up the junk yard today: NT auto salvage on airline. He has a headlight switch, but it's not the combo with fog lights. He's going to sell it for $75 and it comes with the windshield wiper switch too, but I don't need that.
Dealer lists at $110

Does anybody know where to find a combination headlight switch with fog lights?
