Garage accident

I pulled into my garage and my front bumper slightly scraped the edge of my garage. It left a white scrape on the front right bumper (because the paint that it rubbed against was white, I'm assuming). I was wondering what the best course of action to fix this would be. Is it costly? Can the dealership fix it? Thanks.

Check out the wash and wax section. There may be a thread to help with your bumper.

Same thing happened to me and it affected the front quarter panel and bumper. Clay it like crazy (with tons of lubrication) to pull as much of the garage paint off. Have a bodyshop you trust use a very mild compound on the paint (my shop used farecla) and let them buff it to polish any roughness in hte clearcoat. If the damage is any deeper you're looking at a re-clearcoat.

If the paint transfer was *to* your car instead of *from* your car, you might just be able to wax it out or have a good detail shop buff it out with an orbital buffer. As long as there is no body damage and your paint is in tact, it should be pretty easy and inexpensive to do.
