Front Window Regulator Broken

My car is officially pissed that Im looking at getting a new ride. My driver front window stopped rolling down just the other day.

I haven't made the appointment yet but I'm guessing this is going to be a good 500 dollar repair. The regulator itself msrps for 250 and then labor on top of it.

As I will most likely bet getting a new car in the next couple months I was planning on letting my g/f drive this car and selling her civic. I'm starting to wonder if we might be better served selling the tsx and her keeping her car....
This is the 2nd time I've had a window go out(first was under warranty) and also had the hvac lights go out and console replaced. I wonder if I should start a pool so people can guess when my A/C is going to break

Ok I just got the news, I was wrong and the window regulator was still good! Unfortunately that's bad news since what broke was a couple plastic tabs that connect the window to the regulator. Only way to get new ones is to get an entire new window.... just awesome!

But on the upside I guess me using my windows all that time my AC compressor hasn't blown up yet and a 300 dollar price tag sounds like a real deal compared to what other pepole are having to pay
