Comptech Sway bar creaking noise??

I installed Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings on my Comptech sway bar the other day and now it creaks over speed bumps and take off. I greased the bushings before installing them and torqued them down to 16 ft-lbs then drove and torqued them again to make sure, same with the end links. No broken end links or sway bar mounts. Any idea what could be causing this? Is there a break in period for polyurethane?

spray it again with silicon sprays.. i just spray it without taking the brackets off and it works no creaks after that

One of your end links is loose. The only way to see which one is to loosen the bar off the chassis (e.g. unbolt the bushings) and then torque on the bar side to side. I'm almost 100% that's the deal. I've seen it on many.

thanks to both of you, I took off both brackets and looking at the endlinks and wedging my finger around them I found that the sway bar was slid a little to the driver side. I must have done that when I was putting in the new bushings. So this time I was careful to make sure the sway bar was aligned right, then greased the bushings up and sprayed some silicon spray on them and voila no more creaks!!!! Thanks to both of you!
