Hey guys.. call me paranoid but can you take a look at these pics of my comptech header bolted on to the engine.. Does it look like oil is leaking? And is that normal or should i be worried. Sorry for the poor quality.

It's probably just oil leaking from the valve cover down to the header flange. I would check the valve cover gasket.

I noticed the oil spots the first day the comptech header was installed and it has remained exactly the same. I just finished wiping the spots off to see if it comes back.

Who installed the header?
It looks to me like they may have used a liquid gasket and some is oozing out.

It was this local performance tuner shop that installed the header. They used the factory heatshield. Is it possible that they overtightened the bolts? I wiped the spots off and the towel was black.. so it looks like oil.

Possible, but doubtful. I can't see why your header would leak any oil b/c it is post combustion.
